It only works with public Pinterest Pins.

Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pinsvid.com and the PinsVid tool (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who can use PinsVid
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use PinsVid with the permission of a parent or guardian.

What the Service does
PinsVid is a free, browser-based tool that lets you save videos from public Pinterest Pins as MP4 files for personal use. You provide the link to a Pin, and the Service returns the video files that are already publicly available for that Pin.
PinsVid does not host videos, does not provide access to private Pins or secret boards, and does not require a Pinterest account.

Personal use and copyright
Videos on Pinterest belong to the people who created them. When you use PinsVid, you agree that:
- You will save videos only for personal, non-commercial use, such as watching offline, unless you have the owner’s permission.
- You will not re-upload, sell, redistribute or publicly display downloaded videos without the creator’s permission.
- You will give proper credit to creators when you have permission to share their work.
- You are responsible for making sure your use of any video follows copyright law where you live.

Acceptable use
To keep PinsVid fast and fair for everyone, you agree not to:
- Send automated or excessive requests that overload or disrupt the Service
- Interfere with the security features, request limits or normal operation of the site
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or misleading purpose
- Copy, resell or reproduce the PinsVid website, design or tool as your own
We may limit or block access for any use that breaks these rules.

Our content and brand
The PinsVid name, logo, website design, text and code are owned by PinsVid and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission, except to link to our website.

PinsVid is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Pinterest, Inc. “Pinterest” is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. Your use of Pinterest is governed by Pinterest’s own terms. The Service may contain links to, or advertising from, third parties. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

Availability and changes
We aim to keep PinsVid available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Pinterest may change how its videos are delivered, which can affect the Service. We may update, pause or stop any part of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PinsVid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to be responsible for how you use the Service and any content you download, and to hold PinsVid harmless from claims that result from your breach of these Terms or misuse of downloaded content.
